Financing instruments for small and medium sized enterprises in cities in Eastern Europe
The question needs to be asked whether financing is the bottleneck for the development of urban small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Eastern Europe, and if so what type of financing is required. Entrepreneurs tend to say that money is their problem. One should try to find out what the real problem is, and too often this may be the quality of the product, the section of the products produced, the method of producing or of selling the product.Publication details
