Meine Pieter van Dijk

Prof.Dr. Meine Pieter van Dijk (BA Psychology, Free University, Amsterdam; BA Economics, Free University, Amsterdam; MA Economics, Free University, Amsterdam; Ph.D Economics, Free University, Amsterdam,) has worked in developing countries for over 25 years focusing on a broad range of issues. He has been engaged in assingments for both multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors as well as private institutions. Mr. Van Dijk is especially interested in private sector development (role of small enterprises) and financing urban infrastructure development and housing. He is currently a senior economist at IHS and an professor at the Economic Faculty of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam
